After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

International Shipping

We offer international shipping .

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Capt Crabs Treasury is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven’t received your order within the stated time from your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@captcrabstreasury.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • All orders ship within 1-3 business days 
  • If We happen to make a mistake we will ship out a corrected order via USPS priority mail, please understand we do not overnight packages Capt
  • Crabs Treasury is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or rerouted packages
  • PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on our website. Capt Crabs Treasury is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges.  
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Which items cannot be returned for a refund?
We do not accept returns or refunds unless a product is defective.
How do I request an exchange?
Capt Crabs Treasury does not offer exchanges. All items need to follow the return process. If an item you received is damaged, please contact support@captcrabstreasury.com
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.
The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them?

The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to support@captcrabstreasury.com
